Cancellation Policy

Appointment and Service Policies To provide you with the best service and respect the time of all our clients, please read our policies before booking. Bookings All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to be confirmed. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost. By making the deposit, you agree to our policies. Cancellations and Changes Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or last-minute changes may result in the loss of the deposit. To rebook, a new deposit may be required. Lateness and No-Shows We allow a 10-minute grace period. After this time, the service may be modified, reduced, or canceled depending on availability. No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and may require prepayment for future appointments. Services Published prices are starting prices and may vary depending on the work required, the condition of your nails, skin, eyebrows, or eyelashes, as well as designs, repairs, extensions, or additional services. Nails, Eyelashes, Waxing, and Facials Please inform us before your appointment about any allergies, sensitivities, recent treatments, or conditions that may affect the service. We reserve the right to modify or refuse a service if we deem it unsafe to perform. Touch-ups Any issues directly related to the service must be reported within 48 hours so we can evaluate them. Touch-ups are subject to evaluation and do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or lack of aftercare. Payments The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
